Google cloud: brand Identity refresh
OVERVIEW: Google Cloud’s design language - Cloudstyle - had not been refreshed since its inception in 2018. With the recent evolution of the brand platform, we had the perfect opportunity to also refresh the brand identity to lean into that new work.
MY RESPONSIBILITIES: manage the design refresh workstream with internal creative leads and agency partners; own the migration efforts of brand guidelines site to new CMS; manage +10 workstreams to update guidelines, templates, and assets; onboard and train global agency partners and employees
SUCCESS: in Q1, phase 1 of website delivered and launched, 4 new sets of guidelines built and distributed, +30 assets refreshed and distributed, and 10 global agencies trained
Google cloud: the brand partnership with the football association
OVERVIEW: After signing a 4.5-year partnership deal with The FA in England, we had to develop programs and campaigns around the partnership in order to drive brand awareness and generate sales leads. In just 10 months, we launched 2 campaigns, built the first-ever EMEA customer engagement suite for Cloud, and developed key customer assets (e.g. customer film, ad lobs) for the Next UK event and the 2020 global brand campaign.
MY RESPONSIBILITIES: support development and execution of the marketing strategy; project management of creative deliverables; author and execute on project briefs; client and vendor management; budget tracking; executive and cross-functional comms
SUCCESS: drove +15MM in pipeline and engaged 6k enterprise CxOs
impossible foods: Hong kong, first international market launch
OVERVIEW: In 2018, Impossible Foods was preparing to launch its first international market in Hong Kong. Partnering with two influential chefs in the city, we introduced the Impossible product to HK consumers, sparking incredible moments of earned media and driving buzz for the brand.
MY RESPONSIBILITIES: development of project briefs and agency onboarding; creative project management of launch assets for paid/owned channels and experiential; day-to-day agency management for strategy, media, website development, experiential and localization
SUCCESS: achieved 14% aided brand awareness in 4 months

OVERVIEW: The Design Leadership Conference was an annual conference that brought together +350 global creatives to discuss trending topics in design, keynoted by some of the most influential thought leaders across industries. Over three years, we welcomed incredible speakers such as architect Chad Oppenheim, automotive designer J Mays, Founder of Wired Magazine Louis Rossetto, 3% Founder Kat Gordon, and author Doug Dorst.
MY RESPONSIBILITIES: strategic event planning; speaker and vendor reach-out and management; budget management; creative project management of all event deliverables, inc. website, email, live broadcast, film/photography, swag, and signage
SUCCESS: 350 unique attendees per year; 98% satisfaction rating on internal surveys

OVERVIEW: Our brand team launched the first ever official global swag program at Salesforce. This program was designed to service employees, partners and customers who wanted to purchase branded items, but needed an on-brand, efficient, and reliable way to do so.
MY RESPONSIBILITIES: global vendor RFP; vendor management; merchandising strategy; authored swag brand guidelines; project management for website redesign including development, copy and photography; lead quarterly business reviews
SUCCESS: increase of sales by 50% in first quarter of launch; maintained steady sales over following year with a 50/50 split of employee / non-employee purchases
